Our new menu goes full Flour Child: Italian flavours, bright seasonal ingredients and playful pairings designed to take you from sunny lunch to one-more-drink territory.
Chef Elliot Dew is having a little fun with the familiar. Salami becomes tartare, vodka lasagna lands on a skewer and your margarita arrives in a little ball-shaped can. Cointreau brings its signature citrus twist to selected dishes and cocktails, with plenty more on the menu to catch your eye. Come hungry, order something unexpected and bring someone who’ll let you try theirs.
