Terms and conditions

PROMOTIONS:
  • All promotions, including campaigns, offers, events, and functions, are subject to change without notice.
  • Offers are not valid in conjunction with any other offer or promotion.]
LICENCE:
  • We responsibly serve alcohol and reserve the right to refuse entry or service to intoxicated guests.
 
BOOKINGS & CANCELLATIONS:
A la carte bookings:
  • For groups under 12: No money will be charged to your credit card during booking or at the time of reservation; it’s just a pre-authorisation.

Promotional bookings (such as Bottomless Brunch):

  • Full payment is required at the time of booking.
  • Please note a 2% processing fee for all credit card payments.
Cancellations and no-shows:
  • If you cancel or don’t show up, a $20 penalty per person will be charged to the card used for booking.
  • Unfortunately, refunds won’t be issued for cancellations, no-shows, or reductions in numbers.
Reserved tables:
  • We’ll hold reserved tables for 15 minutes past the original booking time.
  • If you don’t claim the table within this period, it may be given to another group.
 
DIETARY REQUIREMENTS:
  • Communicate all dietary requirements to staff before ordering, including allergies and vegan requests.
  • A full allergen list is available upon request.
  • Flour Child is not responsible for allergies if not communicated.
 
DRESS CODE:
  • Smart-casual attire required, with collared shirts preferred for males.
  • Dress code strictly enforced, especially on weekends.
Unacceptable attire includes:
  • Active or sporting attire of any kind or brand
  • Ripped, torn, or soiled clothing
  • T-shirts with offensive designs or words
  • Camouflage clothing
  • Beachwear, including singlets or tank tops
  • Manual work clothing or boots (including all steel cap boots)
  • Unclean, untidy, or torn footwear
  • Ugg boots or rubber gum boots.
 
SURCHARGE:
  • A 10% surcharge applies on Sundays.
  • 15% surcharge applies on public holidays.
 
GIFT VOUCHERS:
  • Value: This voucher is available for purchase in denominations ranging from $50 to $1000 and is redeemable for food and beverage at Flour Child.
  • Redemption: This voucher must be redeemed in full on a single occasion. No remaining balance will be refunded or credited.
  • Expiration: This voucher is valid for a period of 3 years from the date of issue and must be used by the expiration date.
  • Transfer: This voucher is non-transferable.
  • Locations: This voucher can be redeemed only at Flour Child locations.
  • Exclusions: This voucher is not redeemable for cash and cannot be used during certain promotional periods or on specific products/services.
  • Redemption Instructions: To redeem this voucher, please quote your gift voucher number when making a reservation and present the gift voucher to the supervisor on duty upon arrival at the restaurant. Proof of ID must be supplied when redeeming your gift voucher.
  • Lost or Stolen Vouchers: Please take extra care of your gift voucher. Lost gift vouchers cannot be replaced, cancelled, or refunded. Flour Child does not take responsibility for any lost or misplaced vouchers.
  • Refund Policy: Vouchers are non-refundable.
  • Legal Compliance: This voucher is issued in compliance with the laws of Victoria and other applicable laws and regulations.
NOISE & ATMOSPHERE POLICY:

Flour Child is a vibrant cocktail bar and pizzeria known for its lively atmosphere, music, and entertainment. Please note that our venues often feature DJs, especially during weekends and special events.

If you’re seeking a quiet or low-noise environment, please visit mid-week. For further clarification please contact the venue. 

EOFY EVENTS

• EOFY complimentary perks are valid for events held between June 1 – August 31, 2026.
• Offers apply to new function bookings only and cannot be applied retrospectively.
• Only one EOFY offer can be redeemed per event booking.
• Sit-down dining offer includes one welcome cocktail per guest on arrival and applies to Let’s Eat shared dining packages only.
• Cocktail party offer includes one glass of bubbles per guest on arrival and applies to canapé function packages only.
• Champagne tower offer applies to group bookings of 30 guests or more with a confirmed food and beverage package.
• Offers are subject to availability and venue capacity.
• Flour Child reserves the right to amend or withdraw the promotion at any time.
