Meet Giorgio Linguanti
Self-taught cheese maker and owner of That’s Amore Cheese
They are Australian owned, 100% natural, preservative free and handmade, in fact they process 5mil liters of CHEESE per year. (brb dead)
Giorgio was born and raised in Italy and has been making cheese for 17 years now – so we can trust he is a true turophile!
After working for two cheese factories Giorgio decided to open one of his own, starting with just one type of
cheese (bocconcini leaf) to now producing 40 different variations!
