FEELING JOLLY, WHERES THE HOLLY?

Christmas has come so swiftly yet sluggishly at the same time; It almost does not feel like Christmas at all. Celebrating this festive season may look differently but, boy does everyone need it. An excuse for everyone to let loose and enjoy themselves (as if they even needed it) surrounded by their loved ones (well those who are lucky to be with them, thanks rona).
Impress your friends, family or significant other this Christmas and get festive with your drinks; Make Christmas inspired cocktails! Here are a few ideas to get you in the spirit, you may even be inspired to create your own…
Gingerbread Martini
| Ingredients |
60ml Baileys Irish Cream
30ml Fireball
120ml Thickened Cream
Free pour Caramel Sauce
Ice
Cinnamon
Brown sugar
| Method |
Combine a little bit of cinnamon and brown sugar in a bowl (quantities vary depending on number of cocktails you’re making and preference). Moisten rim of glass how you see fit and dip into brown sugar and cinnamon mixture. Put all ingredients in cocktail shaker to combine, strain into the prepared glasses and enjoy.
Christmas Pudding Punch
| Ingredients |
750ml Sparkling wine of choice,
350ml Sailor Jerry Spiced Rum,
1L bottle Ginger Ale,
2 oranges sliced
½ punnet of cranberries.
Mint (optional)

It’s quite simple really, in a bowl add all the ingredients with ice, stir and put it out for everyone to help themselves! If you would like to make it more festive, service in individual glasses with a sprig of mint to garnish.
Candy Cane Cosmo
| Ingredients |
60ml Vodka
30ml Peppermint Schnapps,
125ml Cranberry juice
Candy cane for garnish.

Just like a regular cosmopolitan…Place ice in a martini glass, put ingredients cocktail shaker to combine, remove ice so you can strain into the prepared glasses. Finish of with placing candy cane inside!
